Rules for the use of tickets and conduct for spectators during events and competitions

These rules for the use of a ticket and conduct for spectators during events (“Opening Ceremony of the 5th World Nomad Games”; “Closing Ceremony of the 5th World Nomad Games”; “Final of the Kokpar Game”;) and competitions in within the framework of the 5th World Nomad Games (hereinafter referred to as the Rules), developed to establish the procedure for visiting during the period of events and competitions.

The rules establish the following.

1. When buying a ticket to attend an event or competition, the buyer is prohibited to copy and transfer copies of the ticket to third parties. The unique identifier (QR code) contained on this ticket guarantees the buyer the right to attend the event or competition once.
2. The purchased ticket is valid exclusively during the selected session (morning or evening). After the session is over, the spectator is required to leave the competition beyond the control area.
3. The buyer is responsible for the safety of the ticket. In case of copying, loss or damage of the ticket, you will be denied access to the event, the Directorate for the preparation and organization of the 5th World Nomad Games (hereinafter - the Directorate) and ZAKAZBILETOV.KZ will not accept claims.
4. The ticket for the event is personalized, it is only valid upon presentation of an identification document, including the accreditation card. The buyer can change your full name at least 24 hours before the start of the event on the website ZAKAZBILETOV.KZ.
5. In case of failure to read a QR code or finding a ticket with an identical QR code, the buyer should contact the employees of ZAKAZBILETOV.KZ, who will be at the entrance or contact the technical support service by the following numbers: +77765442882, +77019865252.
6. Ticket verification and entry to the event or competition are carried out in accordance with these Rules, the rules set by the administration of the sports facility, and the company ZAKAZBILETOV.KZ.
7. When attending an event or competition, it is prohibited to bring piercing - cutting objects, drinks into a glass container, and any other items that may cause harm to other spectators of the competitio
8. No alcoholic beverages or drugs may be consumed while attending an event or competition or during the event.
9. In case of being under the influence of alcohol, drugs and (or) toxic substances, the spectatorwill be refused to attend the event or competition without any compensation of the ticket price.
10. In case of violation of the Rules of conduct for spectators during the event or competition and failure to comply with the requirements of the Directorate or the administration of the sports facility, the spectator will be denied further attendance at the event or competition without any compensation for the cost of the ticket.
11. The cost of this ticket can be returned only in case of cancellation, replacement or postponement of the event or competition under the conditions established by the offer. You can read the terms and conditions of the offer on the website ZAKAZBILETOV.KZ. These rules are not an offer.
