KAZAKHSTAN'S TEAM ADVANCES TO THE SEMIFINALS IN TUG OF WAR.
The qualifying round for Kazakhstan's national game, tug of war, has concluded at the 5th World Nomad Games, reports the press service of the "Center for National and Equestrian Sports."
Kazakhstan's men's and women's tug of war teams have advanced to the semifinals. The men's team, competing in the 720 kg weight category, will face Pakistan to contest for a place in the final. The women's team, competing in the 560 kg weight category, will go up against athletes from Kyrgyzstan.
It should be noted that the finals of the tug of war will take place today, September 11, at 16:00 at the "Alau" Ice Palace.
