WORLD NOMAD GAMES: BURKITSHI RIDES PUBLIC TRANSPORT IN ASTANA
The 5th World Nomad Games will be held in Astana in September. Thematic decorations symbolizing the upcoming large-scale event can already be seen around the city. For example, specially decorated buses are running in the capital. The World Nomad Games are approaching, they will become an integral part of the life of the capital. Astana residents will witness this large-scale event with their own eyes. Thus, they will easily be able to meet famous athletes, guests and participants of the games in squares, parks, gardens or even in public transport.
In the buses, passengers could already see batyrs in full gear, burkitshi and many others. They rode around the city on a specially decorated bus.
It is worth noting that the 5th World Nomad Games will be held on September 8-13. It is expected that about 2,000 participants will take part in the event.
At the World Nomad Games in Astana, 97 sets of medals will be contested in 21 sports.
At the same time, as part of the preparations, the capital is decorated with small architectural forms that emphasize the uniqueness and color of this large-scale event. It is expected that more than 100 thousand tourists will visit the sports competitions and cultural events.
