45 DAYS LEFT: THE ORGANIZING COMMITTEE PRESENTED THE WORK OF HOTELS THAT WILL ACCOMMODATE DELEGATIONS AT THE NOMAD GAMES
The Organizing Committee continues preparations for the Nomad Games. Today, July 25, the Directorate held a presentation on the preparation and organization of the work of hotels that will accommodate delegations arriving for the World Nomad Games.
The head of the Directorate, Nayil Nurov, presented the work being carried out at the Holiday Inn Express Astana-Turan hotel to the Vice-Minister of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Serik Zharasbayev. The organization of the hotel was demonstrated. Arrival routes, navigation, decoration of transport in the style of the Games, as well as the work of volunteers at the hotel were presented. In addition, information was provided on the rooms for accommodating delegation members and the menu, including breakfast, lunch and dinner.
After that, the delegation went to the Zhaksylyk Ushkempirov Martial Arts Palace to get acquainted with the preparation of the facility for the Games.
In the Martial Arts Palace, they got acquainted with the design of the parking area. The responsible specialists checked the facility's access control and management system, as well as the ticket and accreditation process. In addition, they studied in detail how the entrance of spectators would be organized using QR codes on badges and tickets.
It is worth noting that the 5th World Nomad Games will be held on September 8-13. It is expected that about 2,000 participants will take part in the event. The general sponsor of the 5th World Nomad Games is ALAGEUM ELECTRIC, and the main partner is Halyk Bank. At the World Nomad Games in Astana, 97 sets of medals will be contested in 21 sports.
